Cisco CIM 4.3.2: chat button display online/offline for a queue

Dear all,

I want to make a chat button on my web page to be disable when no agent login for a queue. And it become available when at least one agent login.

For attach an Yahoo Messenger, it is easy because it is supported from Yahoo site.

Can we have the same function in CIM product?

This can be achieved through customization, but when no agents are available when clicking on chat a message will show that no agents are available.
