Hello, a little off topic from contact center specifically, but FYI Cisco has established a space where people can suggest enhancements to the Cisco Community site.
I specifically suggested one thing would be to make the lives easier for those that use 2 factor authentication with DUO, is to have the Community use the DUO push format, so you don't always have to open the application when you log in.
