Can you post your MIVR logs (c:\program files\wfavvid\log\mivr) from the time when the service last restarted?
Thanks

Did you fixed this problem?
We have the same exact issue now and I just want to know it is a easy fix or I have to open a TAC case.
Thanks for your help

Yes,
I would suggest opening a TAC Case.
If you are using Active Directory, to have the correct LDAP information on your CRS Server.
For me TAC gave up on it, and i have to reinstall the Server, rename the Cluster.

I also had this same issue.
Tac told me to do a repair/reinstall but this did not fix the problem.
They told me I had to restore for the latest backup after 3 hours with TAC.

Hi Aaron, I'm having the same trouble, what did you do to solve it?
Thanks!
Best Regards

Hi,
I had the same thing on the freshly installed system. I think it happens if you change IP address after installing CRS. In that case run Postinstall.exe and change IP address there.
c:program files/cisco/desktop/bin is the location
