Cisco CUCM Cluster with Two UCCX clusters

Hi All,

i have a cucm cluster integrated with two UCCX Clusters, once i configure any Agent and before i associate it with RmCm i will see the agent as resource in both Cluster ? its normal scenario ? and what about the license coz i know the license will be calculated depend on the resources that i have in each cluster ?

uccx version   12.0.1.10000-24

CUCM version: 12.0.1.23900-9 Unrestricted

Because you define Agents in CUCM by setting the IPCC Extension on the End User, and that is not per cluster, then all UCCX clusters will see all Agents.

Licenses are based on logged in resources, so you will not consume extra license in each cluster due to seeing all Agents in both.
