Hello. Our 2 customers faced with limitation of Cisco CVP to play other audio files excluding 'µ-Law 8-bit .wav'.
One of them using UnifiedCVP_Installer_12_5_1_Build_325, other one is using older one (10+)
We found from documentation here that:
The media file types Unified CVP supports are µ-Law 8-bit .wav files and A-law 8-bit .wav files. Media files specified with an extension are used "as is," for example, hello.xxx. (The default file extension is .wav.)
But we would like to workaround with this limitation somehow, because or speech synthesis solution is stream-based, and we unable to add .wav header to LPCM/ µ-Law synthesized audio.
Do uou know any possible options?
