Hi,
I have a customer who had an issue with their UCCX server, all the agents were logged out at the same time.
When I checked in the server it looks like the Cisco Desktop LDAP Monitor Service keeps restarting every 6 or 7 hours .
I was just wondering if it could be related to agents being logged out .
Also why would this service restart all by itself without any changes in the server .
It happens on both servers . They are running System version: 8.0.2.11005-20
Any help would be much appreciated

I checked the documnet but it doesn't explain why the Cisco Desktop LDAP Monitor Service is restarting everyday on its own.
Any help would be appreciated
