Cisco Desktop LDAP Monitor Service not starting

Dear Colleagues,

We have a backup problem, and after some investigation I suggest that the LDAP monitoring service is the root cause.

Here you can see the mentioned entry from the DRS log:

<Cisco Desktop LDAP Monitor Service[STOPPED] Commanded Out of Service>

Unfortunately I can not start the mentioned service so I am asking you: is there any way to find out the reason of this problem?

Whats is the version of your UCCX ? can you please give me the output of "utils core active list "

During DRF backup LDAP Mon service will stop and start automatically . I think this issue might be related to drf back up.

I would suggest you to start this service or else agent will not able to login .

Last night we have restarted the server, afterwards the service has been started with no problem... and the backup as well :-)
