Did you find a way to resolve your issue ?
Because i,m facing the same problem here , Also it seems this error can cause other application to not function correctly , One day my CallCenter Sup called me complaining about CAD issue , Whenever any agent log in or log out or change CAD state the application was going to "Not Responding" Mode in windows ,
Restaring the Cisco Desktop Recording & Statistics Service resolved the issue
But I dont knwo why ?!!
