Cisco ECE - Configuring Anti-virus Protection

Hi ALL,

We are planning to install an anti-virus on the windows server wherein the ECE application was installed and we are looking at what files or folders we need to exclude on anti-virus scanning. I looked some the ECE Installation guide and it was not included however, in this link Enterprise Chat and Email Deployment and Maintenance Guide, Release 11.6(1) (cisco.com) there was a part Configuring Anti-virus Protection stated that I can check what files or folders we need to exclude from the installation guide.

I don't believe Cisco gives ECE-specific recommendations (or much antivirus specific guidance in general anymore), but you may find this general guidance of use.
