Cisco Enterprise Chat and Email - Upgrade from Non-HA to HA

Hi there!

I have Cisco PCCE 12.6.2 deployed with ECE 12.6 only on Side-A Non-HA. Now I want this ECE also to be in HA, for this I have tried to explore but could not find the exact procedure. As per Cisco ECE HA document I must create a Windows Cluster followed by SQL Cluster. I would also have to upgrade the SQL version from STD to Ent. Now I have no clue where to start and how to proceed. 

I also have to keep the business data intact
