Currently using CISCO express across three sites and I am based on one site I use CISCO supervisor to listen in on calls but can only listen in to calls received into my site. I really need to listen into calls into all sites. Any ideas???
It is possible to restrict the user access to the Web UI and Phone UI by changing the User Access (ua) attributes.

Navigate to Voice --> System --> Debug Level (The exact location of the Debug Level option might vary within this page, depending on the phone model)
Click on Submit All Changes
Login to http:// IP_ADDRESS_PHONE/admin/advanced/
Navigate to Info --> Debug Info -->Start Packet Capture
