Hi,
I have sip dialer (cisco outbound option). In Import rule I have field: AccountNumber, FirstName and LastName for preview campaign.
I have problem with ukrainian and russian encoding, when agent recive call in CTI Toolkit Outbound Desktop for BABuddyName agent see
unreadable symbol, when agent recive call in Cisco Finesse agent for BABuddyName see empty FirstName and LastName.

Hi, indeed. I was curious about that comma appearing. Anyway, it looks like a Finesse bug, unfortunately.

Hi, we have the same problem with russian language. Maybe we should open request to Cisco TAC :-)

From Cisco TAC I recive replay that all language except english Cisco Finesse ver. 9 unsupported.
