Cisco Finesse Advance capabilities - manage queue

Hi Team, 

 

I have recently applied patch ES03 on UCCX version 12.0 to fix a bug. but post the change UCCX failed to display the manage queue option in the advance capabilities. 

 

when we click Manage queue under Advance Capabilities >> Queue Management display blank screen.

 

Any thoughts for further troubleshooting.

Just updating my case;

 

Hi all.

Finally, the Cisco BU raised this as a new bug. 

 

  • .On clicking Manage Queue, on the ASC Gadget, the page went blank
  • The issue is reproducible on FF and IE Edg
  • New defect raised : CSCvt98882
