Hi Team,
I have recently applied patch ES03 on UCCX version 12.0 to fix a bug. but post the change UCCX failed to display the manage queue option in the advance capabilities.
when we click Manage queue under Advance Capabilities >> Queue Management display blank screen.
Any thoughts for further troubleshooting.
