Cisco Finesse / Calarbio Recording Control

Hi,

I have Cisco Finesse 10.6 with Cisco Calabrio Gadget for Call Recording Control (pause and resume button).

It works on IE9 but doesnt work on IE11...

I get an error message on the gadget "Content was blocked because it was not signed by a valid security certificate"Attached screenshot.

Any idea guys? I tried adding finesse FQDN on the trusted sites under IE Internet Options. Also under security TAB, unticked certificate revocation...

Presumably the gadget is pointing at the IP/FQDN of your Call Recording application?

It sounds like whatever its pointing at needs to have a valid and trusted certificate, issues by a CA.
