Cisco Finesse - Chat Not Processing All Messages

Hi,

 

We are receiving reports for our chat application is not processing all the messages. System reported that 17 chats were presented, and only 9 were handled. We would like to know what caused this interruption.  Can someone inform on how to troubleshooting this incident (i.e CCX traces, CUCM traces, Finesse logs, Jabber logs etc) ? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
