Cisco Finesse close tabs in workflowscreenpop

Hi all

I have modifies the WorkflowScreenPop example to add close buttons to the tabs that gets created when recieving a call.

I can close the tabs now but whenever a new call fires, all the tabs return!

I'm using .remove to close the tabs leaving me a bit confused as to why the tabs return on a new call.

Can anyone shed some insigth into why this is happening or how it's alternatively supposed to be solved?

Your jQuery .remove will indeed remove the tabs. But, Finesse will rebuild the Desktop, returning the tabs.
