We are experiencing an error on Finesse when we enter any extension on the keypad to do a call transfer "Error : Cannot perform operation. Error Code: CTI-3"

Would receive the same error when calling from Finesse to a number with menu options and as soon you tried to select an option from the keypad in Finesse it would error out. Initially these agents were using physical phones with Finesse but then we had to migrate them to Jabber. Since the agents were using their primary extension as their IPCC extension now there were two devices being controlled by rmjtapi app user which was causing issue. Once we unassociated the physical phone from the rmjtapi app user and only left the CSF Jabber profile association the issue went away.
