Cisco Finesse IP Phone Agent (FIPPA) for UCCX 11.6

Hi,

 

I recently upgraded UCCX to version 11.6. A number of agents are using FIPPA which seems to be working fine.

 

Queue stats pane works fine. Problem is the CTI data that shows on the Finesse version of IPPA. There is nothing of anyuse in the information for these agents. Does anyone know of a way to remove/prevent this pane (CData) from showing on the phone?
