Cisco Finesse Live Data Gadget

Hello ,

 

Cisco finesse live data gadget is not working for some agents . Some agents gadget is working properely but some of them is not working ..

They are using finesse with chrome and their chrome versions are same(latest).

UCCX version is 11.6.2.100000-38 ,

I would highly recommend fixing the certificate issue, as this may solve your finesse gadget issue.

Do you know how to fix that? Or do you need help with that?

Yes i know that how can I sign certificate with CA , but customer does not have a local CA server ..

Also I tried to install self sign certificate to client machine but same result..

You don't need a CA to fix the cert issue, but you do need a few things:

1) valid self-signed cert for Tomcat
    a) SHA256
    b) RSA2048
    c) FQDN in SAN (CLI command set web-security)
2) reboot the whole server
3) Import the Tomcat cert into the trust store
    a) For IE and Chrome, that's the Windows trust store
    b) For FF that's FF trust store
4) Restart your browser if previously it was open

Yes , we have already tried to install tomcat certificate on client machine, but I will check its properties and where it is installed as u said. Then will inform u about result .

Ok. Yeah, the Subject Alternative Name (SAN) is a commonly missed requirement.
