Cisco Finesse Workflow Action - Missing items

Hi,

 

In the URL, I don't see any option to use Called Number (The Phone Number the agent called)

 

1, Called Number – This is the number the agent tried to call (Outbound Number)

2, Call Start Time – Date and time of the call start (Example: 2019-3-22 18:01:01)

3, Call End Time - Date and time of the call end (Example: 2019-3-25 18:20:01)
