Cisco Finesse

Hi,

Hoping someone can help - Cisco Finesse doesn't seem to be allowing LDAP sync'd users to login.

I'm not familiar with Finesse so please forgive me - however would all users who have been sync'd into CUCM automatically have the ability to login? Or would there be additional configuration required through CCX?

Trying to work it out before outsourcing :p

I think you have to register each user. What do you have under Cisco Unified CM Administration > Device > Phone?

Its been a while so I assume you have already figured it out, but in CUCM under User Management --> End User.

Find the agent, put their extension in IPCC extension field , give them the CTI roles necessary (CTI Enabled) and I think that is it.

Its all I do and I use LDAP sync.

Course if you were not doing that you would not have them listed in UCCX .

Again, I assume you have configured in UCCX : System-> Cisco Unified CM Configuration

so that CUCM and UCCX can communicate
