I'm working for a small service provider for 4 moths ago, they have a lot Cisco IAD serie 2400, the use 12.4 OIS and G729 as first code and g711 as second option, for years they customer has a lot of complain (Problems)
Now I'm working in this issue, for I do the follwing in 2 customer:
1. Upgrade to 15.1 for support SG3
A. Memory upgrade fron 128M to 256 in order to support the new IOS
2. Change the Dial-peer cnfiguration
A. Old Dial-peer

3. Use only G711 for FAX, G729 don't work fine.
At this point is working fine, but the quetions is, G729 alway have problems with fax?
Please let me know if some body have some idea thanks.
