Does anyone know Cisco ICM Internet Script Editor (ISE) v10.5 or v11.6 works when using it within a VDI Citrix, or Zen App environment? If someone could let me know, I would appreciate the help.
You may be OK, check out this post as well as the compatibility matrix link contained inside. You may need to check with Cisco to confirm it is officially supported, but the comment about desktop software leads me to think it is.
