Hi all,
I'm in the process of installing CIM in a UCCE environment.
As mentioned in the installation guide, the "jboss-as.7.1.2.Final.zip" and the "jdk 1.7 update 7" should be included in the CIM CD, but in my case i just have the application setup on the CD and when trying to download the jboss zip file I can find only the version 7.1.1
Do I have to try to install the 7.1.1 Final? has someone encountered a similar issue?
Thank you in advance.

Yes, JBOSS should come in Installation package.
it will be under Environment/JBoss folder.
and i don't think You can download JBOSS 7.1.2.final, looks like it is private release.
Did you download software from Cisco site?

Hi Chintan,
Actually I haven't downloaded the software from Cisco's website, I have the CIM CD which was shipped with the servers.
I will try to download the software.
Thank you Chintan.

Hi Lara,
The CD contents you mentioned are related to an update for CIM 9.0.1.
The same thing happened to me, so I had to reorder the installation kit.

Hi Chintan,
I have downloaded the software from Cisco's website and it only contains the below two folders:
- Finesse
- Application: which contains three files: CiscoService, setup_windows and setup_window.properties.
The package doesn't contain the folder Environment/JBoss.
Any idea?
Thank you in advance.

ok if that also doesn't have JBoss then better to contact your cisco account manager.
Its totally a 3 GB package, which has all the utilities. just check with Cisco POC for the same.
regards
Chintan
