CISCO IPCC REDUNDANCY WITH PHONE-BASED LOGIN

Hi,

In an environment of Cisco IPCC Express Premium, with two IPCC server and Phone-Based Agents, is there any way of automatically recover the service when one IPCC is down?

Let me explain more accurately. With Cisco Agent Desktop, software detects the fail of the main server and the agent login in the backup server automatically. But with Phone-Based Agent we need to define two separate services.

Is this OK? Is there any better way of doing this configuration? Thank you very much.
