Cisco outbound API can't get ImportRuleDate 24 hour format

Hello, I use outbound api 11.5. When I create a import api,  I get juste 12 hours format for ImportRuleDate and there is no AM/PM with the DL(Dialing List) table in the BAA database.

 

Somebody can help me to setup the 24 hours formtat for the ImportRuleDate?
