Install them on one side, run it for a few days then go and update the other side.

Hi David,

Thank you for your reply, but as far as I know if I did what you recommend and then the updates wanna be rolled back, the changes in registry won't be rolled back. Correct me if i am wrong.

So what could be done in this case??

I was seeking kind of tool or Cisco service that checks these KBs and advise if any of them is not to be installed

Regards,

Cisco doesn't review/"approve" Windows patches as far as CCE impact anymore to my knowledge. You'd want to follow David's guidance and/or the approach outlined by others on other previous posts like this one.

Similarly, you should be cautious with upgrading the end user desktops, or you could encounter something like this.

Whatever registry changes are made by the updates should be outside of the Cisco container, so you should be fine. Ultimately, you're pretty much on your own until you encounter an issue and then TAC would get involved. If it's any help, the majority of my customers are on a pretty tight Windows update schedule and we've not had any issues with PCCE 11.6.

Thank you David for your great support :). Will go ahead with the updates and we'll see what will happen
