Cisco PCCE 12.5.1 CVP Statistics Popup issue

Dear All,

 

Implemented PCCE 12.5.1 with 0 errors except for Unified CVP Statistics pop up windows issue.

ICM installed 12.5.1 with ES 12, 21 and 28 on all the ICM. For CVP 12.0.1 with ES 06 and 11.

In the CCEADMIN CVP Statistics window is very minimal and not able to maximize. Please advise any specific ES need to be installed on AW or any Bug.

Dear bill,

Thanks for your reply. Values are there we can copy and paste in txt file. The issue is the CVP Statistics window we can't maximize.

 

Also for PCCE 12.5 where we need to configure MR label in Outbound Dialer for IVR based campaign.

Did you try with a different browser? Also, make sure you have the latest and greatest MR I've seen a good bit of UI bugs crop up with 12.5.

Tried all the browsers and Installed the latest ES28 but still the same. No idea how to fix this issue.

 

Also for PCCE 12.5.1, we configured two types of campaigns and working fine.

Agent-based campaign success call result is 10 and this is expected. For IVR based campaign success calls we are getting Call result is 2 instead of 10.
