Cisco Quality Management 8.5 license error

Dear networkers,

After installing the Cisco Advanced Quality Management product (from DVD) and while configuring the "site configuration setup" and after clicking on next button; we face the following error message :

"Invlaid License : The number of maximum users muste be greater than 0" (message attached)

Can you please advice ?

QMLC2003

Text:The maximum number of user licenses must exceed zero for the bundle

Type:Error

Add’l Info:For the specified bundle, the maximum number of users licensed must exceed zero.

Action:This should be configured by the system administrator.

-------------------

QM1015

Text:Maximum number of users on the license bundle type {0} is zero.

Type:Error

Add’l Info:Maximum number of users on the license bundle type is zero.

Action:Contact Cisco Technical Support.

Have you uploaded QM seat license in UCCX server?

Hi Wenqian,

Nope ! i didn't upload QM seat license in uccx server. I didn't know about it.

Is there qm seat license in UCCX v8.5 ?? As far as I know QM licensing should be done on QM server.

Can you please advice ?

Not sure how to upload QM Seat license in QM server. I remember somewhere mentioned that it you can do archive recording without integrated with UCCX.

If you have purchased QM, try to generate a license against your UCCX Lic MAC. Upload to UCCX and then try to do this QM Site configuration again.
