Cisco Social Minor Smaple chat Script for customer end

Guys anyone has Cisco social minor web chat sample html modified template. actually i need customized chat window from the customer end. i alredy get the default chat window. but i want to customize it. how can we do that ? that file name is chat.jsp ?
