Cisco Supervisor Desktop - Agents are not presented

I have an IPCC, with 7 agents 4 in team A and 3 in team B. When i update an agent from one team to another the change is made in the web interface of the IPCC, but the change is not showed in the Cisco Supervisor Desktop. any idea to this?

Don't forget to check CDA to ensure that Personnel Configuration > Teams reflects what you want.

After the change is made there, CSD will need to be restarted on the Supervisor desktop(s).

Did you look in the configuration manager (in the ICM Admin workstation folder) - List tools - Agent team list to ensure the changes you made over the web did update the list?

From the information above is it safe to assume that team A and B are in the same cluster? What version of ICM are you using?

If you find the update did not work then update the Agent Team List (from the Configuration Mgr) and wait 5 minutes and then go into Supervisor and make sure you see you update.

Did you try to synchronize in Cisco Desktop Adminsitrator ( use the menu , when you are on the top of CC tree), then restart the CSD?

Even without sync it should be updated after 10 minutes and restart of th CSD.
