Cisco Supervisor Desktop does not reset numbers daily

We have noticed over the past week the numbers for total calls, handled calls today, calls abandoned and calls de-queued have not reset daily but just continue to increase.  Im not sure what has been changed as we have not gone into anything lately to change.  Where is this set to reset the counters?  Is this a script somewhere?

Eric, please make a note of the below defect that could probably the reason behind this issue. You can try restarting CCX Engine (in after hours) and see if that resolves the issue. In case, you are running one of the affected versions then you can try to upgrade the latest version i.e. 10.6(1) SU2 for permanent fix.
