Cisco Supervisor Desktop in UCCX - Call Recording function

UCCX Supervisor desktop

If using desktop monitoring and a triggering event to start recording an agent call.  The supervisor can still stop the recording.  Is there anyway to disable the function from the supervisor to ensure the call recording in its entirety ... NOTE: just need the basic call recording of UCCX not media sense or anything else.
