Cisco UCCE outbound campaign dabase error

Hi All,

 I am facing on issue with UCCE 9.0 outbound campaign, when i am creating a campaign i can see in the database but after deleting this campaign from configuration manager, still this campaign name and campaign id is available in the table.

  Problem is that we can't assign same campaign name again in for the new campaign.Anyone can help me to understand the logic.

After Deleting, remove it from Deleted objects in config manager. it should work then.
