Hi,
I have installed UCCX 10.6,
a: when I log into UCCX admin page and click menu bar (System, Applications... etc) none of them is working
and
b:also when I navigate to Finesse administration- does not work!
c: also I saw when I use browser Chrome or Firefox for UCCX 10.6, getting the following messages:
Error code: ssl_error_weak_server_ephemeral_dh_key (but IE 11.x is fine)
Thanks in advance for tips to resolve the above issues

Thanks all of your info and help.
Here is the summary that I had to do to resolve the issues.
Note: If Menu bar (System, Applications…etc.) does not work, Open Browser IE , then Go to Tools>Comptibility View Settings and add 10.100.x.x (UCCX server IP)
Note: Cisco Finesse service is not activated by default even when you update the appropriate licenses on a Unified CCX deployment.
Run the utils uccx finesse activate command on CLI to activate Cisco Finesse Service on each Unified CCXnode in a cluster(means to run on all Nodes) and Reboot the System for the changes to take effect.
Now working fine.

Sign in to the Finesse Desktop issue:
I can not access to the Finesse Desktop
https://FQDN:8445/desktop/container
Once I put ID, Password and extension, it is spinning, not going anywhere...
Any idea, do I miss anything?

The PC from which you are trying to launch Finesse Agent Desktop, does it have the same DNS server configured as for the Finesse. Can you check this by going to the IPv4 properties in the Network Connections panel.
It most probably looks a DNS issue to me that your PC is not able to resolve the DNS.

PC using same DNS as UCCX and also I can ping UCCX hostname (In This case UCCX server hostname) from the PC. No issue.
Also some time I get error: Invalid username and password. Here I am using Cisco UCM end users that associated with Agent phone with extension. Few times I did reset the password still I can not log into to Finesse Desktop.

For a and b, which browser are you using. In case, you are using IE and you are not able to click on any of the options then enable the Compatibility View and you should be good.
For c, Manish had correctly identified the defect. Just follow the workaround:
1) In Firefox, enter "about:config" in the URL field and press enter.
2) Accept the "This might void your warranty!" warning :)
3) In the search field at the top, enter "security.ssl3.dhe_rsa_aes"
4) Double click each result (128 and 256) to toggle the Value to "false"
5) Reload the page
Also, make sure that you are using the Supported Browsers as per the below Compatibility Matrix:
