Hi,

 

How to change the Call Type of the call when call arrived to IVR?

I explain. I redirecting a call with call consult to new IVR, and in the CallContact details

i see that the aType field is aType = CONSULT, there is a way that i can manipulate

this value to aType = Direct ? maybe with java methods?

If you are redirecting a call from one CCX Application to another then, no you cannot manipulate it. A CUCM Translation Pattern between the two scripts would do it but this, or any other manipulation for calls between CCX Applications/Trivgers causes a memory leak.
