I have a customer that wants to keep their investment into LivePaerson Chat application. I was told I should be able to use SM to provide that need into Finesse. Stand alone LivePerson will not work with Finesse as a workflow doing a URL pop into a tab. I want to take the Chat actions and move them into Finesse with an API. Has anyone done that or see something on DevNet that allows me to do that.
