Cisco UCCX Menu Option choicwe presented to agent?

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone has a setup like this, I believe this may be accomplished using ECC variables but so far have been unsuccessful. I need to create a script for Example you have a Menu option1 - cars, option2 - trucks, option3 - trailers. I wanted to see if a customer selected option1 for cars could this be displayed on the agents phone? showing which option they had picked?

Displayed on the agents phone or in the agents desktop (CAD or Finesse ) ??
