Hi All,
I was wondering if anyone has a setup like this, I believe this may be accomplished using ECC variables but so far have been unsuccessful. I need to create a script for Example you have a Menu option1 - cars, option2 - trucks, option3 - trailers. I wanted to see if a customer selected option1 for cars could this be displayed on the agents phone? showing which option they had picked?

You can accomplish that with ECC variables. You may want to take a look at this documents:
