Cisco UCCX Summer Time

Hi Dear!

Do you know if there is some way we can uptade the Time Zone in UCCX for Summer Time ?

Here in Brasil, the Summer Time starts in November 4th in this year but the UCCX Version 11.5 for example will Starts in the third week of October.

Any idea?

You're going to have to talk to TAC about a patch for this, no real other way as that's an OS level function.

Despite the 11.6(2) version you see, this does apply to 11.5 as well.

HI dear!

How this patch comes almost in the last day, for some cases we use the TAC to change the timezone directly in the database. 

Now we can use the Patch too.
