Cisco Unified CCX WebServices Shutdown

hello..

need help, i have ccx 9.0.2 but affter the upgrade from ccx 8.5, the Webservices is down, no start never.. that cause the ccx is in partial service.

I am also having the same issue in 9.0.2.10000-71.  HA environment and it seems only the first node is having an issue starting the service.

This is a defect please see the my response to Juan.

Hi Juan,

This is a known defect you will have to open a TAC case to get this fixed as they have to go into server root to perform the workaround.

(defects might be cisco internal and does not show much info)

They will be copying some file from the other server of HA which has the service running and pasting it to the server on which the service is not starting.

After that they will restart the tomcat service.

After to restart  Cisco Unified CCX Serviceability service and  Cisco Unified CCX WebServices the problem to remain.

it same after boot of two servers no change.
