Hi, 

I have recently upgraded to UCCX and CUCI to Version 11.5(1)  Build 11.5.1.10000.61 ES01

Now the XLS exports of my scheduled reports are showing in US (mm/dd/yyyy) date format and this is causing a lot of problems as we are located in Australia and use the AU date format. (dd/mm/yyyy).

Is there any way to change the date format back to AU?

I have tried installing the Language pack in my Lab but there was no option of AU. 

Any help would be appreciated.

As I experienced the report date format is comes from the browser language format so try to add "English (United Kingdom)" to the top of the browser language settings and it will works

Yes, probably that's the case, but I couldn't find that article before Thank You
