Cisco VXML Bridge Transfer with VVB

Hi,

I’m having some troubles getting VXML bridge transfer to work with VVB in CVP standalone deployment, the design guide was mentioneing that VXML transfers works with the standalone model but not sure if VVB supports that or not as I’m getting the below error ?

element,error,error.unsupported.transfer.bridge: Bridge transfer not supported

I'm using CVP 11.6 and VVB 11.6

Bridge transfer is available only from VVB 12.

Do you have idea if we are also able to create our own .aef scripts and upload them on to VVB. I have two scenarios one to transfer a call to pilot number using VXML Transfer while the other one we are using some custom tcl script in our environment and currently in VVB 11.x we have these limitations.

Nope, you're stuck with VVB's limitations, no customization/access to do so.
