Cisco Web Collaboration Web Chat - unable to login into Call Me

I tried to login for the Caller using the 'Call Me' link instead of 'Meet Me'. It requires us to select a skill but no skills are available for selection and we are prevented from loggin in. It says 'Please select a skill'. How do I configure a skill to be shown at this page for selection? What are the HTML files and how does it link to the actual skills that are being created in the Web Collaboration Administration page? Thanks.
