Hi all,
I am using Cisco ICM 7.2. When i run a Call type half hour report in the Webview, some hour durations are missed in same day. Pls view the captured image: Examle frome 1:00 to 5:00 and 8:30 to 10:30 missed.

Hi,
Do you have the data for the missing interval in the the t_Call_Type_Half_Hour table in both the Loggers and HDS DB ? Please have a look.
Can you also check, did you even have calls hitting on that CallType during that intervals, You can check this by using the CallTypeID field on TCD and RCD ?

Hi Senthil,
I checked in t_Call_Type_Half_Hour table in both the Loggers and HDS DB and they still have the missing intervals. The call hiitting was normal at that time.
Any ideas,
