Cisco WIM sending the chat transcript by email automatically to the client after the chat session ends

Dears,

Is it feasible to automatically send the chat transcript by email to the customer after the session ends?

Any help is highly appreciated.

Indeed it is feasible to send chat transcript after session ends. You can check status of chat transcript either it is dispatched or not via sql query mentioned below. 

select WHEN_CREATED,* from EGPL_CASEMGMT_ACTIVITY where WHEN_CREATED>'2016-05-30 00:00:00'

and CONTACT_POINT_DATA like '%qamar%'and CASE_ID='1375881'
