I've gone through the documentation and can't find anything which pointing me in the right direction. What I would like to do is clear all pending retries, personal call backs, pending records out of the dialer to start from scratch. Is this even possible?
Thank you,
david

You can clear the dialing list by importing a new file with overwrite enabled. For Personal Callbacks, the only way I am aware of is to manually clear the Personal Callback table using SQL. If you really want to start 100% from scratch, you could always just delete and recreate the baA database.

Ed,
Excellent suggestion about recreating the ba database. Have you personally done this before? The reason I ask is if I would have to disable the campaigns or import rules before dropping the database.
Thank you,
david

I haven't done it, but I would go with shutting down everything if you go that route. Disable the campaigns, stop the dialers, then shut down logger A. I would avoid dropping the database out from under campaign manager. In the past I have dropped dialing list tables while Logger A was still running, you'll definitely want to disable the campaigns though and make sure dialing stops. If you delete all the DL and import tables the dialer will recreate those when you do the next import. The personal callback table in that case should be cleared not deleted.

Is there any problem in going into a DL_xxxx_xxxx table and deleting Pending records i.e.
Delete From DL_xxxx_xxxx Where CallStatusZone01 = 'P'
Our client wants to do this on a daily basis. The import rule on these campaigns are set to "append" (not overwrite) since we constantly import records through out the day.
Do you think this would cause a problem?
Thanks
