ClientLog API real time

Hi. 

I'm using Finesse REST API outside Finesse Desktop.  Is it possible to update the existing client logs file with new logs until the websocket connections is broken?

For clarity - It's important for me to create client logs file once( after agent log in) and then update his extisting client logs file with new log entires as long as the agent is logged in.

Hi @malwina ,

By design, every time the client log API is called, a new log file is created in the server with its name containing the agent's login ID and the timestamp at which the client log API is called. There is currently no way to update an existing client log. Curious to know the use case.. Why do you require the same logs to be updated, and not have two logs instead?
