Collecting CUCM logs from CLI of the Server during HIGH CPU for Cisco TAC

We're chasing an issue which might not be reported until a few days later and our logs have since been gone. Is there some out of the box way to dump these out somewhere for offline storage? Internally we've talked about looking at the AXL API and/or creating some program to do this via CLI, but neither option feels clean.

Did you mean to post this in the Contact Center space? Not skin off my back, plus I have a solution which applies to all UCOS products.

You would use RTMT running on a machine, which uses the Scheduled Trace Collection feature.

So obvious. Thank you!
