Compliance Recording documentation

We have UCCX 7.0  Enhanced and we are going to buy Compliance Recording licences but I am not able to find documentation about Compliance Recording. I only find about Quality Management.

Can anyone help me?

QM is the compliance recording in UCCX. The CR license is a stand alone license that you can purchase if you only need audio recording and nothing else. The qm has additional licenses for scoring and screen recording if needed. Check this doc out:

We have UCCX version 8.5 so I am not sure if it would be different for version 7.
